Thank you for shopping at Appointments at Five! We always want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. For returns and exchanges related to a wedding registry, please refer to our registry policies. In Store ReturnsFor in store purchases, we are happy to offer an exchange or issue store credit for any gift purchased from us within 7 days of the purchase date. Store credit works just like cash, and never expires. In the event the item shows signs of wear, damage, or use, said item will not be accepted for return.
Merchandise offered at a special discounted sales price and special order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or issued for store credit.
Online Returns
For items purchased online, we are happy to offer returns for a refund to the original form of payment or an exchange for store credit. Please refer to the steps below to get started.
- Online returns must be sent back in new, unused condition.
- Items purchase on sale or promotion are FINAL SALE.
- Include in your shipment your order number, contact information and whether you would like a refund or store credit. Please note we cannot process returns without this information.
