Bridal Registry Information & Policies
Thank you so much for registering with us at Appointments at Five! We wish you all the best during this exciting time in your life. We are here to help you in any way and want to make this process easy and seamless. If we can be of assistance in any way, please do not hesitate to let us know! In creating your registry with us we ask that you agree to the policies below.

Receiving Gifts
You will be notified by text when you have gifts to be picked up.

Gift Cards
If a customer comes in to buy you a gift off your registry and we do not have it in stock we will provide you with a gift card. The card will state what the gift is and who sent the gift so you can write the appropriate thank you note. After your wedding you will bring in all your gift cards and any exchanges and we will get it taken care of for you!

Credit & Exchange
We will gladly exchange any gift purchased from our shop. Once you bring in all your gift cards we will provide you with your credit and then you will be able to order or purchase whatever you wish from the store. Exchanges or credit received for the returned gifts must be used within
6 months from your wedding date.
Monogram Everything
Head over to Shuler Studio to create your perfect monogram. Whether for a wedding or other event, once you create your monogram, the Appointments at Five team can help you incorporate it into all of your wedding details!
